PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) is specially designed for current or future middle managers wishing to improve their present performance and effectiveness or to prepare for a more senior position. It aims to broaden their understanding of human resource management and to enhance their skills, knowledge and attitudes. At the same time the program is academically rigorous enough to integrate into an undergraduate or graduate award of Mina. In Human Resource Management (DHRM) program students are required to take
four 3-credit courses totaling to 12 credit hours of study. The following
are the courses offered in this program:
ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE: Students are assessed on the basis of a variety of assessment methods including, unit exams, research papers, and final examinations. |
